Wellesley Showpiece

Recent Project - 44 Valley

We purchased a 1950’s cape in a great Wellesley neighborhood. We explored ways to save the house, but a renovation just wasn’t feasible. We did save the specimen oaks and tulip tree that frame the property and built this gorgeous 7,500 square foot, stone and shingle colonial (pictured above).

Best of all, we finished in time for the family to move in before the holidays!

We had fun with this project.

We helped a couple in their 80’s by purchasing their farmhouse and barn… from offer to cash in their hands in less than 90 days. After renovating and reselling the farmhouse to first time buyers, we had a challenge: what to do with the barn.

We re-envisioned the barn as a single-family home with high ceilings and open spaces. We used custom cabinetry from a Marlborough Street mansion in Boston and created a 3,750 square foot, 5-bedroom showpiece.
