• Subdivided the same property; converted the barn into a new, 3,750 square foot  home for a local family looking for more space in the school district

• Purchased a 1950s Cape from a downsizing widow; tore down the house and built an 7,500 square foot, stone and shingle show-piece home (pictured above) for a relocating family

• Renovated a 1960s Colonial for a young family; redesigned front entry, created circular driveway and landscaped yards
